If you feel that we might be the right people to support you in planning a funeral, then the first thing to do is get in touch. We’ll ask you a few simple questions and then arrange a meeting with a member of our team.
What we’ll ask when you call
We’ll take your details, and ask the name of the person who has passed away and where they are resting, whether you’ve registered the death and if the coroner is involved. We’ll also talk about where you are in the process and begin to understand what you would like. You can ask us any question you may have at this point.
Arranging to meet us
You can come to our arranging room at Airedale House, set up a video call or we can visit you at your home.
What happens at the meeting?
We can organise almost everything at the first appointment that will take approximately one hour. We’ll prepare as much paperwork as we can in advance, so that when we meet, we can spend time understanding your needs and talking your through your options.
We can then book or arrange everything you’d like – but there’s no hurry, we always plan things at your pace, so if you need more time to prepare, process or make decisions, that’s what we’ll do.
