This is a professionally tailored funeral service giving families the flexibility and freedom to tailor a bespoke funeral and fitting tribute to your loved one. Choose from all of our available options and includes any necessary third-party fees.
All third-party fees (disbursements) that we pay on the clients’ behalf to third-party providers such as cemeteries, crematoria, clergy, officiant, doctors, florists, etc, to be settled 48 hours prior to the date of the funeral.

Whichever funeral you choose, our professional services are the foundation. On average, 40 to 50 hours of a funeral director's time go into arranging and conducting a traditional funeral.

- Guidance, advice and support from the first call to the day of the funeral
- Arranging the date and time of the funeral, at a time convenient for you
- All legal and statutory paperwork completed for you
- Liaising with hospitals, doctors, the coroner, clergy, celebrants, cemeteries, crematoria and florists
- A qualified Funeral Director on the day to conduct and oversee the funeral
- Uniformed funeral operatives to carry the coffin and assist the family

Paying for a funeral
We understand that managing funeral costs can be challenging, so we offer flexibility.
From the person's bank account
If the person had enough funds, the next of kin or executor can take a certified copy of the death certificate and our invoice to the bank, which releases the funds directly to us.
Paid by family, then reclaimed
If you pay yourself, you can usually reclaim the funeral expenses from the person's estate once it has been finalised.

Understanding funeral costs in Keighley

The second is third-party fees, called disbursements, which we pay on your behalf to organisations such as the crematorium or cemetery, the clergy or celebrant, doctors and florists. If cost is a concern, a direct cremation is our lowest-cost option, with no service and no mourners present. You can still arrange a gathering or memorial of your own afterwards. Many families also choose to fix the cost in advance with a pre-paid funeral plan.
